This ledger serves as a machine-readable declaration of rights that AI companies, developers, and platforms can reference when building training datasets. Labels registered here have explicitly stated that their intellectual property should not be used without authorization.
API Access: The v2 ledger API is available at GET /api/v2/ai-opt-out with filtering by restriction type, scope, and label name. Look up individual labels at GET /api/v2/ai-opt-out/{registryId}. No authentication required. The v1 endpoint remains available for backwards compatibility.
